ftp bios flashing

hi

want to flash 3108 to my X3's banks 1-4 (already have 3029 there & am using bank 5 for evox m8+) want to flash via ftp & flashxp -- when i connect to the x-box (in flashxp) should i ftp the new 3108 (which i have titled 'bios.bin') to the initial file when i open the 'c' drive, or should i continue to open until i am in the bios folder on the 'c' drive & place the new 3108 in there -- this is probably a stupid question - but i really don't want to screw up my x-box

You can put it in your bios folder on your c: drive. Then you can boot to the bios and flash it from X3 config live. Go to "bios tools" -> "flash main rom" -> "load bios from c" and you can then pick the bios from the bios folder. It will also let you select which bank you want to flash.
