ftp problem

Recently I had to make the MAC adress on my xbox the same as my computers so I could connect to Live. But since then I havent been able to connect to my xbox through ftp. Is this the problem or is it something else? Also if it is how would I go about making a new MAC adress for my xbox?

Ok, so I changed the last digit of my MAC address to an 8 instead of a 7. And its working. Will this be fine for xbox live?

dude, i've been using xbox live for a long time and i never did anything to my mac address, i believe you only need to change it if you have mac filtering on your network, and since you changed it and it connected to your network then i think its fine for live

patch your current default.xex with this and, you can finally play AC.B
This can also be used to play on regualr xbox360 consoles running the current build of ixtreme. if you want to inject the default.xex into your game iso then you risk getting banned if you use xbox live

First you need a program called "Xbox Backup Creator v2.8". Once installed go over and click the "Image Tools" tab then on the right-hand side under "Action" click "Inject". Click on the "Image Browser" button.

A new window will open up. Click on "File" at the top and select "Open Image File". Find your AC: Brotherhood image file and open it. In the second window scroll down and find the file "default.xex" right click it and select "Replace".

Find the file from this torrent and it will replace the one on the ISO. I'll post back again after I test it on my console.
