how do I FTP through config live. I have an x3 on a v1.6, but after the bios flash, the xbox doesnt appear to be accessing the dvd rom. I would like to use FTP to install dash

You need to be communicating to the Xbox via network to FTP.
What settings have you got for your PC and X3 for TCP/IP?

can this be done from previously moded box to the new box, or do i need to ftp from my computer? I have avalaunch and xboxftp on the previously modded box, but I cant seem to get them to communicate. Don,t I have to have an ftp prog on both boxes or is there a way to connect through evox or config live. also can avalaunch be loaded from disk as evox was?
