FTP Server

Is it possible to have an xbox run as an ftp server?

edit: i have a second nic card in my comp that i use instead of a router... could i use the xbox as an ftp server and upload to it from another location?

I also forgot to ask... how do i use the ftp server... i've searched on xbox-scene and here, and could only find mention of an ftp server, not how to use it.
