GENERAL FTP to hdd with USB pro, and hdd connectivity kit

i have been looking for a faster way than using my Jtag to tranfer my info to my 360 "OEM" hard drive. i am using the most up to date firmware on my USBpro, and the hdd connectivity adaptor that came with my CK3 pro. Imusing my Vista Home premium powered Toshiba laptop.
Party Buffalo keeps crashing when i try to tranfer my files. i have updated it, to no avail
XPORT360 doesnt show anything on the HDD but the partitions, and the CACHE folder
Xplorer360 wont recognize my hdd.
Im at a loss, what am i doing wrong? any help is greatly appreciated!!!!

run xplorer360 in xp compatability mode,
right click, propertys, and find it there.

so your using the the ck3 to connect your hdd.
if so check the molex wire (the big white one thats plugged into the ck3) and look down the wire and if it branches off onto another molex plug, unplug it.
or even better if you have another molex connector try that.

No, I'm using my usb pro, and the hdd adaptor that came with my ck3 pro. Along with molexx power supply.

hmm, as i have not personally used the usb pro with a hard drive i cant help you,
but it is possible to take apart the hard drive and connect directly with sata.
i guess thats all i have for you, hopefully someone else will jump in here...
