FW doesnt boot with SX 2.9.4

Hey guys,
this is actually my first time ever posting in a forum. I'm really desperate and I dont know what to do, since im not really good at all this techincal stuff.
(also excuse my english)
So I got the new SX beta 2.9.4 and I replaced the old boot.dat with the new one.
I also updated the switch (online, without fw) on 9.2.0.
I can get into the SX menu, but I can't boot the custom fw, the switch just turns off after.
I tried installing and uninstalling the auto RCM mode, I started over with the SX Pro guide, formated my SD card on exFat, the only things I have on it are my boot + licence.dat, also sxdumper.nro (no games or anything).
I've made a dump file of my old switch version (6.2.0) before updating, when the custom FW worked perfectly.
The problem started when I updated the original firmware from 6.2.0 to 9.2.0, so I think I did something wrong there?
I also cant boot the original FW in the SX menu, but the switch itself works fine.
Is anyone able to help me with this? I'm really frustrated. Thank you so much in advance!

I'm in the same situation exactly. I think SX 2.9.4 is actually not working with 9.2. Best would be to downgrade back to a FW that actually works and wait for new release. I am trying to find another solution and will let you know if it works.

You need to use Choidujour to downgrade (install fw), but you can only do this if u used it in the first place. I will try to load hekate to load choidujour. i think it works but im not sure. will keep u posted

Ok mate this might sound silly but I just got my switch to boot SX OS without downgrading... Instead of using the 2.9.4 boot file from the "auto update" I downloaded the file to my pc and replaced the boot file.. and it loaded like always!
