Game disc asked for updates on RGH console

When i popped in the 2nd backup dvd of new vegas ultimate edition, it asked me update the software.

My rgh is flashed with LT+3.0, dashboard 14719 and dashlaunch 2.32.

Do you happen to know why it happened like that ? I thought rgh would never be asked to update?
