So ive been reading for some time now looking for answers. A little about my RGH its a Trinity 2.0 dashluanch 1.18.1 i was using 1.16 just a week or two ago. (besides the point) i load all games through neighborhood.
i play mostly BO2 and ive started a little of GTA V (<--- dont play it enough to notice freezing or long enough) as for BO2 it is very random my game freezes using menus it may be one game it may be 3-5 games before it freezes but i am able to reload the game via neighborhood and re-inject and go on again after a few times of reloading the game with neighborhood it will eventually force reboot my console.
Ive take then console apart because i thought the dvd drive wasnt reading disks (ive come to the conclusion its the games and they need to be in tip top shape because i had to extensively clean bo2 before reinstallin through fsd)
i just put my fan speeds up to 90 (not using fsd using a fan speed changer on xex menu) and the first game i played under that fan setting lasted 10s in game before freezing. i reloaded it and have been sitting at the multiplayer menu long enough for the screen to auto dim on the console (not moving the controller for so long)
on my old stealth server the server had freezing issues so i figured it was them i lived with it with a new server i can leave it on the dash for hours (not that ive tried) and nothing will happen no crash or freezing
please if you have any suggestions as to why the game is freezing while i wait for responses ill try other games and go from there seeing if it freezes or not!
