Game not showing

Hi, I put a new game on my sd card but instead of the picture of the game showing up I get a white box. I'm on the latest firmware with the latest sxos. Any advice on how to fix this would be welcomed.

could be corrupt file
try add more older games without deleting anything from your microsd and if they also show up as white boxes then you have a fake microsd, probably an 8GB disguised as xx GB or xxx GB
