Hi all

I am still waiting for my SX Pro to arrive but in the meantime I'm trying to get up to speed on everything.

First question I have is, when there are say 3 game updates V 1.1 then V 1.2 then V 1.3 for example. Do I have to update each on in turn or can I just update with the latest one?

Thanks in advance & no doubt I'll be back with more curiosities for you to enlighten me with :)

as with any game system, you only need to install the latest game update

I would suggest updating the lower versions before updating to the latest version...just because the the latest updates for several games do nothing but just update the firmware requirements of some games...so, if you're on the latest version for some games, they won't work anymore unless you have FW 7.0 on your system (which isn't supported by SXOS right now)...if this happend to your game, just remove the latest game update and it should work again...

I've had no issues when only installing the most recent update files. Although I do change the required firmware for all update files to 1.0. maybe that's why I've not had a problem

Use something like nsc builder. Seems to do the job
Well...but I wonder ... on the Website you can read this...
5. Limitations

  • You can't make multi-content xci files with more than 8 games. It'll give error when loading in horizon. I suspect it may be a qlauncher limitation so it could work with theme mods but INTRO didn't test it.
  • If you pack an update that requires a superior firmware that you're in you won't be able to skip the update prompt.
