Gamefreax still in business?

Hi.
I ordered few things from gamefreax.com because its listed in the front page.

Its been over ten days since order/payment and my order still stays in open.

Anyone else ordered from gamefreax or did i lost my money?
I have sent email but no answer.

That is Germany right? I've never ordered there myself, but heard countless people who have successfully. Have t heard anything weird about them, but what happens if you call them with your question? How long ago did you send your email? There must be an easy way to get in reach with customers service I guess.

Well.. Got my package today. They didnt send one item even tho its listed in the receipt. Now i have to ask for refund and its impossible to get in contact with them.
I dont suggest ordering from here.
