BENQ Games asking for dashboard update on LT+1.91

I just got my 360 flashed to 1.91 with the 2.0.13599.0 dashboard update and it's not letting me play F1 2011 or FIFA 12. Well it's asking to update my console. The company I bought them from included a little note saying it's okay to accept updates if you're on 2.0.13599, but I can't find that on the internet. What should I do? Thanks.

if you remove the hard drive/memory/stick/card and load fifa does it still ask for an update

It's fairly obvious you don't own the originals, therefore no help offered.
