BENQ Games not reading, boots back to dash

ive got two systems one hdmi one non. both are BenQ but only one drive works.. So The BenQ was in HDMI and it red ringed last night. so i took the drive out and put it back in the arcade edition which it had originally came from, now when it reads MW3 it tells me play game, popped in black ops and it told me play dvd. If i try and click play game it starts to load it then just resets back to the dashboard. any ideas?



Oh yea, ps i forgot to say i tried to reflash to stock and reflash 2.0 and it still didnt work.

Did you reflash the drive with the DVD key from the arcade console too?

In which case you have the wrong DVD key.

A non-XGD3 game says play DVD. XGD3 discs work differently so that's why it looks like it works.

yes sir it does. i was about to ask if that could be it but you beat me to it. something got messed up with the keys when i went from the pc to the laptop. thank you sir
