Yeah. There are a few problems with people getting this error.
Just install the original. And put the backup in. That's what I do when I know a game is going to get some serious use.

Yeah I've had that with my original all I did was take the drive out and clean the bigger its unreal how dirt and dust get into it, after that it worked fine.
Could be that or your laser depends if u using your original or backup to install it with..

I have a LG burner my issue is when burned reads but stops loading after you talk to anya and sits there forever and fails when trying to install to hd mid way through and Rise of Nightmares jus says disc unreadable instantly Burned same way both of em IMG Burn is it my burner anyone with same issue? Yep it is just redid same way with a sony drive works like a charm so Hitatchi LG dont work dont waste ur time.
