Ok first of all today was the day i completed the coolrunner task and managed to get my FAT jasper all RGH'D up. however i have a cpl of problems.

1. After installing correctly i have noticed no avatars are available,
2. i have glitched to dashboard 2.0.13604.0 how do i update to 14699?, do i just create new nandflash.bin with 360_Multi_Builder_v0.5?

When you install hacked dash, you can get avatars back by putting the ms update which matches the dashlaunch version on a USB key, renamed to $$ystemUpdate. Dashlaunch will pick it up at boot time and ask if you want to update.

Regarding 14699 dash, which is running nicely on my box now, you need to use multi builder v 0.5 to get this version. Then do the $$ystemUpdate with the m$ 14699, which you can download for USB key from their site.

I initially thought this but i have heard that when someone did this it stopped it booting completely and didn't even boot into xell.
