I tried to use the Stardust cd to load gentoox on my xbox, but when I tried to do the f: install, i get a system halted error. I tried to do a e: install and it worked fine, but when I moved the rootfs file it freezes up when I try and load it from evox. So I tried to move all the files to f: and then change the evox.ini file to find the gentooxx.xbe it freezes up again. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Right, so I never actually got around to asking my question. Is there anyway I can just move all the files to the f: partition or can anyone tell me exactly where to place the files/configure them to get is so I can either have all the files but rootfs in e: or everything in f:? Thanks again.

If your HDD is >137GB then make sure that you have set the X3 bios to allocate upto 137GB to f: and rest to g: ( You will have to reformat f: and g: )

Gentooxx installation cannot handle partitions that extend past the 137GB mark (i.e. LBA48).

I had same problem on my 200GB drive and this fixed it.

Hope this helps
