I recently installed a executer 2.6 with PCB rebuilt kit on a ver 1.6 box. When i started the xbow afterwards, the led flashes orange onces followed by several green flashes. The xbox boots normal with the modchip disabled. Can anyone tell me what the problem could be?

Need replacement Xbox 360 Slim dvd drive

hey all

I got a Slim Xbox 360 from a friend/coworker who managed to bend or break (im not sure which) the dvd drive/tray which I think is a Philips model dg-16d4s? Anyway I'm having a hard time finding this model for sale. Does anyone know of a place that has these new drives in stock? If not, is the new slim model compatible with the old dg-16d2s models, Or any other older 360 drive for that matter?
Thanks in advance for the advice/help.

edit: I guess I should mention that im not looking to mod or flash anything, just a replacement.
