If you can flash the security sector to it, it should work(Not needed for jtag/rgh), as it is sata. I would not use an SSD drive for anything that required alot of reading and writing to the drive, because they are flash memory, and have a higher rate of failure then a regular HDD. also I dont think the speed increase would be noticeable on an xbox.
