Get both voltage LEDs, can boot to MS dash - no flashBios

I just installed my chip on a 1.6 mobo and I can get in to my old MS dashboard just fine but I can't get the chip to boot in "blue" mode. In fact, the switch controllers never goes blue - just red. Could this be due to a bad bios flash? Oh, and I can't boot to the backup flashBios either. Any ideas? In the meantime, I'll be checking my solder points until someone posts a reply if any of you have encountered this. Thanks!

You did the PCB rebuild or the wire rebuild?

It sounds like a problem with the D0 point. Obviously the chip is not grounding the D0 point so the standard bios is loading and not the flashbios.

go back and check the soldering.
