Have you tried the fix in the thread you're posting in? Not recommended online but some would say you're flagged anyway so who cares...
It's entirely up to you, I'm guessing the flag will ban you at some point...

Look at the first post in this thread, there's a tutorial for a temporary fix to your problem, re-ripping won't work at this time....

Hopefully there's something to this, just checked back on the thread of the people supposedly getting this error on untouched boxes. Hope what this guy's saying is true...
Although they might just fix the unmodded xbox problem hehe. Unlikely though with M$'s track record..

so I was able to get the xgd3 games to work by following this method but I was wondering since I am already flagged would it matter if I went online to play mw3? Would I get banned faster? I mean since I am already flagged, might as well enjoy the time I have xbox live right unless somehow I can be unflagged.

2. Did you get flagged after trying this fix?
3. Do you get flagged even if the "unsupported disc" message hasnt appeared? In other words can you be flagged while in game or is it only when the "unsupported disc" appears.
Is this fix really worth the risk, I dont think you'll be banned for 1 or 2 failed challenges but if the tally is increasing upon every boot of an XGD3 title using this fix then a ban can only be a matter of time.

Does not work for me for MW3 on my liteon 0225 4gb slim. Could it be because I am using the truncate method for my back up ?

Thanks uber. Works great. Got my back up booting on live again just fine, but I think I will still keep useing my Retail copy. I just wanted to test to see if it did work or not.
sorry, I read this thread I prolly missed it. How do you how many times have you been flagged? How does the flagging count works... every time you get the unsupported disc message you get flagged?
hey quick question i haven't gone online since 1-NOV so i dont have the silent update i checked XVAL and i get SEC CLEAN and i can still run MW3 backup so my question is i heard M$ did a roll-out of the silent update so if i go online would it be fine to play online or should i wait for LT3.0
What about Need for speed the run? Is it ok and recommended to use this method to play online now?
