I have the LITEON DG-16D2S and got the DVD key in dummy.bin using phatkey and probe iii.

Unfortunately I am connected using the box for power and a sata port on my pc. I have 2 sata ports and the box is connected to the first.

I did an erase and got 0x80 and drive is not recognized by JF since its wiped? I do a drive intro and get 0x80 so i hit yes and power cycle right quick ang get the 0x72 along with
Manufacturer ID: 0xC2. Device ID: 0x11
Flash Name: MXIC(MX25L2005)
Flash Size: 262144 bytes

I hit write and get drive returned invalid status 0x80

I have tried different things from a load of posts and each have failed in succession.

I have tried re-erasing with 0x80 and not getting 0x72
I have tried rebooting 100 times and power cycling at different points of time including when it says hit yes and even after i hit yes. Nothing seems to work. I cant get dosflash loaded along with l-o eras.

if your using the actual xbox itself to power the drive your probably not power cycling correctly because the xbox takes a few seconds to power down its not instant like a ck3i/lite. try shutting your xbox down and counting how long it takes to really shut off, then when you know how long it takes go into jf and when you power cycle shut xbox off and just a second before you know its going to shut down click yes for power cycle in jf so it shuts off just after you click yes and turn it back on right away

1 - Do not use and xbox to power your drive. The drive can send reports back to the nand of spoofing, bad flashes, etc. and possibly ban you. Get a CK3 Pro, Lite, or i
2 - Check you Sata chipset. Not all chipsets are compatible. For instance if you have a slim you need a X360USB Pro. The via chipset will work with phats. But the pro will work with everything (and I assume will be what is supported in the future)
