DGX getting a lot of ???? when using Monitor C0m

Hi , there just got my DGX from CK3 solder everything was really fast on Corona v2 , DEBUG led bling for 2-3 min , and stop when i try to scan the range nothing , when im using monitor com from X360usb v2 , im getting a lot of ?????????????????????????????????????????????????????????? really fast , if pics are needed tell me i'll upload.

but look like my install is good enough

I have a same problem, after 6-8 restarts it's finally glitch right and i got cpu key/ Try write alternative DGX ecc or cut D-pad cable.

Yes, you need to use the Alternate DGX file.
