You've installed it incorrectly and you've still not corrected this. As it stands, it won't work properly and you'll have serious issues.

yeah, n ur install doesnt look anything like the diagram. look over all points n tell me if it looks right to you.

What are you seeing? I must be missing something. And why not just tell him, this is a support forum afterall.
Unless you're referring to the CPU_RST, I cant tell whats going on with that.

Yes - it's a support forum. The DemoN ships with a card stating that it's intended for professional installation only and support will be given with that in mind.
Support HAS been given - he's just not taking the advice.

You have the wires soldered to the incorrect spots on the demon.

wow, how the hell did I manage to f that up...ok fixing now. thx alot =] demon still read and write fine tho from what i noticed.

Hmm so xbox boots up, no red ring or red light, just green lite, not blinking, im using the rgb cable and im not getting any video. My best guess is that I probably flashed a blank nand dump onto the xbox or did some wrong programming thing like clicking on buttons on jrunner that i should not have.
my dash is 16537. i only have a dump of what is currently on the xbox and demon nand. and have not got cpu key or dvd key.
I assume my only option (other than shipping out for repairs, cuz cant afford it.) is to get a donor nand?

Where are you located? Did you read the entire guide for a CR3 Lite? You need to write Xbox nand to the demon, then create an ecc based on the xbox nand and also write that to the demon. This will allow you to boot to xell to get your cpu key, which you use to generate a freeboot image which again is written to the demon nand.
You should NEVER be writing anything to the xbox nand.
Does the console boot to stock when the demon is switched off? Have you soldered your CR_EN wire between the demon and the CR3 Lite?

Eden Prairie, Minnesota. I have looked at CR3 lite guide and saw videos on youtube. I did write the nand dump to the demon. Ill try and create an ecc and send to demon. would be cool if jrunner had a failsafe to prevent writing to the xbox nand. =]
the console does turn on and shows a green light but that is all it does atm with demon switched on and off. and I do have the demon-CR chip but i kept it off because I have the CR3-lite which has a place to connect to the demon.

The wire from the demon to the CR3 LiteCR_EN must be soldered else the CR3 Lite wont shutoff when you attempt to boot stock.
Also - I am not too far from you (midwest). I'd get it going for you for free if you cover shipping (and if nothing is broken).
As for the green light - are you saying the console just beeps when you press power? Do the fans spin up at all (Demon or stock)?

I tried to look for a tut that mentions it for installing cr3 lite to trinity with demon. but haven't seen any. here is new pic of the demon-cr connected, unsure of solder points, i see a en on the demon-cr and the cr3. but saw a pic and mention of soldering the en contact to the number 50 pin on the chip. If I cant get this figured out, ill be happy to send it to you covering shipping.
