ANSWERED glitching origininal xbox withi metro dashboard 14699

Hi all,

I am trying for two days now to glitch a Jasper (???mb) with dashoard 14699. Is this possible and can somebody tell me how? I only see tutorials for upgrading (from an already glitched xbox to dashboard 14699). And the tutorials I see are all for earlier dashes.

I don't know which Jasper I have, because if I look in the menu it says there is no memory space in the xbox.

Can somebody give me some tips?

Your post isn't much help. It is possible to RGH a Jasper but your not giving any details on your problems. If you have your CR installed then please post some high res pics of your install.

I tried to follow this tutorial:

but when I was at this line: Then click on "flash glitch board". It failed. I also checked a lot of youtube movies, but then I thought I had a RROD. I installed the RROD fix, but it didnt help, so it must be something else. And yes indeed it was. I flashed the original nand back and the xbox was fine again.

I was really thinking that maybe the problem was the dashboard or I had the wrong version of the jasper, because people on this forum where telling that sometimes the memory doesnt show up even when it was a 256 mb.

thanks for telling me that even the 14699 dash can be glitched from scratch!
