I know there is a homebrew app, called HDD to GOD or something.
You rip the game like normal then run the app.

Good to go.

Just put the contents of the GoD package into a folder (so the file and folder of the game in question), then put the path into FSD so it knows where to look.

I have L.A Noir on my external HDD as GoD packages and it works a treat when you combine it with the diskswapper plugin.

If you wish to play the games from your internal hard drive, the GOD folders go in HDD1:\Content\0000000000000000. There is an application called ISO2GOD that will convert an ISO into a GOD package and also FTP it over to your console (if you set it to). Once done, configure your paths in FSD and set your scan depth to 1 or 2 to be sure that it scans the correct folder. You may have to wait a few seconds for your console to scan the games so just let it do the business and away you go :D!
