Going online only to buy eshop games

I read the FAQs thread and didn't see anything on this. What's the safest way to buy a game from eshop to only play offline. I've been offline since I purchased my SX Pro and it's been working great. I just haven't purchased any games since I got it. I just want to be sure I don't get banned. Thanks!

There's not really a ban free way to go online once you start using CFW. If you have a clean nand and only use emunand for CFW, that's about as safe as you will get, but you will need to boot to your OFW nand to go online.

I buy games regularly off eshop in cfw I use emunand under hidden partition. I’ve been doing it for along time now roughly since early 2018, maybe I’m just lucky but I’ve never received a ban. I also use online gaming but it could be very different from country to country, maybe Nintendo themselves do not want to ban an active console that regularly buys games from eshop there could be all sorts of reasons why some get banned instantly and some get away with out ever getting a ban, the risk is down too the individual.
