Grab yourself some diodes + wires, and JTAG that little beast, you'll have the benefit of instant boot times compared to the RGH jasper you've got.
Only thing to watch out for with it being a Xenon is the RRoD, but if you change the thermal paste and x-clamps, it should be fine.
Also, before you JTAG, make sure to dump the NAND to make sure the CB (bootloader) isn't patched, it's unlikely, but it's also entirely possible.

Heat isn't an issue if im going to jtag it im going to put 1x120mm fan and a 90mm loud and fast as f**k fans on it ,i'll probably jtag it since i always wanted a jtag

it's on dashboard 2.0.5787.0 so i doubt it's patched

Lol. I figure if its still on that old dash it must have low milage. Also..... if it were mine I would leave the x clamps and stock fans in there and just adjust the target temperature. I would obviously put some mx-4 down under the heat sinks.... and with proper ventilation it should run for quite a while.

Chopping the case and adding those big ass fans will probably just shorten the life span to be honest... unless you are very carefully monitoring the air flow. Most folks don't understand how adding exhaust fans to the top/side of the case can actually damper the air flow.
I totally agree.
