Ive got a fw401 slim drive here with a sputnik switch on it for easy flashing, going cheap. If you either want me to look at yours or you want me to flash this one for you, just give me a shout if you cant get it sorted. You may have drilled too far and ruined the PCB anyway, You wont know until you can manage to flash & verify the firmware your trying to put on it, and try to play/eject a game.
