Got everything but still cant flash

i have got dashboards apps everything even all bios on my hdd but i still cant flash my chip with an x3 bios ive tried everything ive even used x3_erase any suggestions

http it or find a friend who has all the stuff you want on his hardrive and use his hardrive to flash your xbox
