Got lite-on drive properties but im having problems with slimkey

The issue will be Chip-set compatibility, I very much doubt you have a COMPATIBLE chip-set and this will be the reason why it won't work for you using the VIA6421 card.

As I recall the original 9504 (which became the 0272) could be read/flashed with the VIA6421 card but when the 0225 version came out all the problems started. The majority of peeps could READ their 0225 drives but they couldn't FLASH them (freezing/crashing issues).
TX resolved all of our CHIPSET issues by producing the X360USB Pro. This is why peeps continually tell you to buy one.

Again out of curiosity....if you can't afford an X360USB Pro then MODDING is not for you....as mentioned above, it is LESS than the price of a GAME!!!!

You are very correct. The old via method is not supported anymore. Just spend the cash and get a usb pro all the headaches will be gone.:rolleyes2:
