I have seen the fans on www.llama.com but they come with the heatsink ..... i just need the fan itself. Does anyone know where i can buy just the fan ?

On the GPU is a heat sink. It is not designed to have a fan attached to it.
If you want to have a GPU with a fan attached you will have to replace the heatsink as well to one that accommodates a fan.
But, unless you are overclocking your Xbox, what point is there to this? The GPU will run at standard operating temps, the CPU would probably overheat first, and all you are doing is making more noise in the Xbox ...
For fans and general modding supplies, I used to use http://www.so-trickcomputers.com/ (dont use them anymore only because I am not modding my PC anymore) ... they had a good range or modding supplies at reasonable prices. Suggest panaflo fans if you can get them - low noise, high CFM. Not the lowest noise, or the highest CFM, but a very good compromise.

The earliest version xboxes had fans on the gpu heat sink. I'm not entirely certain why you don't just upgrade to a larger heatsink that doesn't require the fan. Regardless, after shipping, etc, is the cost of the chunk of aluminum you don't want really all that high?
Yeah the older xbox's have thee fans on the GPU along with the heatsink .... i am only wanting to replace this because mine is making noise and spinning really slow .... i am afraid if it ends up coming to aa halt or playing to long it will burn out the GPU. It looks like you can just un-screw 4 screws and the fan will come off the heatsink .... so thats why i was asking if someone knew of a place just to buy a feww fans from.
or you could leave the case open and have your friend continuously blow onto it....
