I'VE rgh many consoles but this one i did last night was special it boots xell in less than 1 second and normal boot in less than 2 second i mean ultra fast here are pictures.
I've been trying it for like half hour just to make sure and she responds very fast now i'm trying to figure out what is special about her (2 second boot) that's amazing.

:DWell i just figured out why this slim is booting fast here's what i did for another slim of my friend just right now and it's booting ultra fast less than 2 seconds so here's my conclusion of what i did and it might work for you guys, i just thought i would post it this can help :
-When soldering the qsb slim i did scrub very well the STBY CLK point on the motherboard using fiber glass pen to have a very good soldering on the qsb slim.
My friend's slim now is booting fast.

I honestly dont think theres anything to look for to make it a common occurrence. From what I can tell each xbox has its own "personality". My slim boots instantly as well as a lot of others I have done while a couple take about 10 seconds to boot. Only ever had one thats took any longer than that. While some phat consoles I have done can take about 40 seconds.

So Id say its just been a good batch of Xbox's youve came across.

I do also use a fiberglass pen for cleaning pads and use flux and high quality solder with a 0.8 solder tip.

Yet another slim got glitched today with the same method i've used by scrubbing the STBY CLCK point on the motherboard as you can see in the picture attached only this time i didn't use the slim qsb just scrubbed the point on the motherboard and soldered the wire.
Result:
-Xell boot : 1 second.
-Boot to dash : 2 seconds.

I didn't try the alternative point so i wouldn't know yet
I used the ALT point (FT2R2) on a Falcon with clean soldering. Getting a two second boot time to XeLL and three second boot time to Dashboard. The plus the Alt is not too messy. You should give it a try.
