Green led not flashing on CR

I am working on a slim console that had cpu_rst point lifted I repaired it as in the pic but now the Coolrunner green led is not flashing when I want to load into RGH image.

Could it be post_Out point ... what is a good alternative for it?

I soldered the cpu_rst to the wire coming from R4D4

Sorry, I just realised that this is a slim console .

What happened to POST_OUT? It looks to be in pretty bad shape.

You may want to look at this thread, those are the alternate points for CPU_RST and POST_OUT.

Can you post some images please, I suspect that CPU_PLL_BYPASS is the culprit here.

I assume the CoolRunner is programmed and switched to NORM?

yes it's programmed and set to NORM

which point is CPU_PLL_BYPASS

And the cpu_rst pad was damaged on the CR so I soldered the wire t thr trace going to the pad

Are these the only ones because they involve removing the x-clamp any straight forward points?

and do I have to repair post_out point if I suspect its ruined?

If the original points are ruined then yes, you will need to use alternate points.

Yes it is the pad got lifted

It's fixed after using alt points The post out defiantly had no connection
