LITEON 0225 Green light flashing

I've just tried flashing to lt3.0 from lt2.0 on my liteon phat drive. All appeared to go well with no errors reported. After i finished it, i noticed the green light was flashing and the dvd tray opened when i tried to switch it off. Now the dvd tray opens everytime i switch it on and green light flashes all the time.

I've tried flashing it to stock, tried puting it back as lt.2.0 but nothing seems to work. I've done many x-boxes and never had this problem before???

Any ideas??

How are you powering the drive?

dam did'nt save that, i can run it again, but log will be clear, it all goes well without error

i'm powering the drive using xbox

X360USB Pro or native SATA chipset?

sorry, should've added that am using a VIA pci card with drivers removed

You've probably blown something in the process, no telling when you're not using correct equipment for flashing and certainly not what we support here. These forums are for T-X customers.
