RGH Green light only after xell install on a jasper 256mb

Like the title say I only get the green light no video or audio. Everything when well did all the soldering and and wrote xell. After finishing write my xell file ,I took the nand x off and only the wire needed to read the nand and I also unpluged from the coolrunner board.. I then plug my video power cable and power the console pushing the eject button. The center green is plinking but not the other one. Where did I screwed up?

I forgot to mention when everything is plug in I have a red and green like on the coolrunner. I also saw somewhere about using a different jasper bin. Also it is saying in different place to only read the first 64 mb but Coolshrimp read all off it I think because it take awhile to read it but it read it with 0 non macthing block. Please help I a noob.
