Sorry

This is a zephyr, Did the wiring last night and 3 dumps, none matched. Ive been dumping all day but still non matching. Ive dumped 17 times now and I get 1 non matching block every time. Ive open the dumps in Total Commander and the mismatches are on the same lines every time. Ive got 2 bad blocks too, 58 and 158.

Ive checked my soldering and cables and everything is fine Ive used 2 computers and still the same. I am stuck yet again. Im going to replace everything Ive done and try again in a bit

Post picture of your soldering and list your setup for what you are using to read the NAND with.

Does the console boot as normal when turned on and play games fine? What dash you currently on?

You need to change the jtag wiring.

Also some Zephry need Falcon files.

What CB is the Zephry.

change Jtag wiring to AUD_CLAMP and TRAY_OPEN.

also clean up your flux :x

Matching dumps. Keep dumping. Just cause the first don't match the second doesn't mean the second will not match the third. Test all your dumps against each other.

I personally would just extract the config and KV and inject into a clean nand.

Extract KV and Config

nandpro lpt: -r16 kv.bin 1 1

Do it multiple times to make sure they match.

NandPro lpt: -r16 config.bin 3de 2

Download clean nand with jtag tool. inject those two files into the clean nand then remap your bad block.

If you updated to 7371 and dump you should have no problems with matching nands before you go off making a new nand i would double check with a multimeter for good continuity throughout and if your using any diodes test them also.
You might be an electronics engineer but it happens to the best of us buddy it would be in your own interest to get your own nand dump...;)

I agree with Johnny about getting your own nand but if you're having problems it's not a big deal unless you want to turn the console back to normal which I highly doubt.

I had a 256 Jasper and dumping through LPT was a nightmare and I did not want to spend extra for nand-x or wait that long specially giving how many people use my computer.

Extracted KV and Config built a image with a clean nand built freeboot and everything is 100% fine

So it's not going to make the console act differently or report differently, it just will not be safe if you ever wanted a regular xbox for online use without your orginal nand.

FIXED!!

Sorry to bring this back to life. I am having problems with this Zephyr piece of sh1t again. I didnt't notice at 1st but it has no splash screen/Xbox logo screen on start up, its just blank for a few seconds then the dashboard pops up, thats no the issue though. It was working fine last night but it has E78 today, I can't tell you what is what as the console is 24 miles away but will be back with me tomorrow. BTW, I still couldn't get a matching dump even after FB was install using NAND-X

Possibly the NAND became currpet !! Try testing it for a day or two before returning it back to its owner.

I would say corrupt nand, to be honest I think the nand IC is the problem. I did about 20 dumps and non matched. When he bought it, it tried to sway him towards a Falcon I had but he wanted the Zephyr. Ive said as a good will gesture, I will take the Zephyr back and give him a Falcon providing he pays the difference.
