Mo' money, mo' problems? A data-mining Reddit user discovered an XML file from the store section of the Grand Theft Auto V pause menu which suggests that micro-transactions could be coming to the Grand Theft Auto series for the first time. The file, which included the image seen below, detailed the Red Shark Cash Card, which will give $100,000 of in-game money; the Tiger Shark Cash Card, which is worth $200,000; the Bull Shark Cash Card equal to $500,000, and the Great White Shark Cash Card, which gives users the grand total of $1,250,000. These cards are actually already mentioned in the game, on one of the Los Santos radio stations.

Exactly how much real-world money each cash card could set you back isn't yet known, but all will no doubt become clear once Grand Theft Auto Online launches as a free update to the game on 1st October. The pre-order bonus Atomic Blimp, as well as content from the Special and Collector's editions of GTA V has also been spotted on the online store, so it's entirely possible that these will be made available to buy at some point too.
"Cash is king in this town," the cash card's item's description reads. "Solve your money problems and help get what you want across Los Santos and Blaine County with the purchase of cash packs for Grand Theft Auto Online. All purchased cash is automatically deposited into your character's bank account. Spend wisely, cash therapy is fleeting."

I agree, neat idea. If it doesn't make money why do it right? Not about enough more $$ more like about exposure. Creates interest = more sales = better games  and of course more $$
