Very strange, when I bought the hard disk is initially worked on the XBOX 360 E,
Accidentally i deleted it and formatted to EXT3,
May be due to that?

have you tried formatting the drive in my computer then trying again ? or even maybe a clean(format) through cmd
No, I have used the software Gparted Live
I pressed the right button on the drive> Delete and then pressed the NEW and selected
In Primary Edition> EXT3
i have sata to usb adapter

How do you explain it when I got it at first he worked
Until I Delete and then NEW> EXT3
Then suddenly he does not recognize the hard disk

If you have a hddss.bin from the same type of drive. being Seagate or other, you can write the write the file back to the hdd with a hex editor starting at sector 16.

After reading all the above, assuming you originally had a working xbox 360 250GB hdd, then you messed it up, you will never be able to restore it. If you had backed up the HDD firmware before hand you may have had a chance, but since you have not, its now a standard HDD, maybe put it in a computer or a PS3, its no good for an Xbox 360 now.

Get yourself another WD drive and flash it with the compatible SS using hddhackr, or better still, just buy one already ready to go on ebay.

You can lock the thread,
I'll buy a new Hard Drive for Xbox 360.
If I buy this 500GB Hard Drive will work on X-K3y?
