had my 360 flashed, now system flashes red lights!!! help!

for about 2 months now my system was all good with the mod. online and offline, no problems. plus i dont get to put in much time on the system itself, about prob 2 hr aweek if that much. anyhow tried to start up a game, up until the profile load screen was up then green screen....
turn off system turned it back on and flashing 3 red lights on the system. what could this mean? i checked all the connection already but thats it? oh i forgot which drive i have but i got my sytem when it first came out in 11/05.

It sounds like a gpu issue to me, like many others, including myself have had.

Yep it's the nightmare of every 360 owner. I bought mine of eBay and I'm scared sh*tless about the thing overheating because you never know really.

so whats reccomended to fix this. already know the 360 is out of warranty

Yeah, I'm sort of curious myself as to what the possible remedy is.

try turning on the system without the harddrive attached.
my friend bought a new 360 that had the reds tryed turning it on without the harddrive and it worked. had to get a new system(wast shure which was faulty) so just try it without the hdd
