ANSWERED Had RRoD after successful RGH and then it went away

Hi
I had the RGH done by an expirienced installer (after failing to do so myself), everything was working fine. Yestarday evening I tried to turn the xbox on after its been off for a day and a half and had 3 flashes of RRoD, after which the xbox wouldnt turn on.
I removed the power cord and went to sleep, then in the morning I tried to turn it on, it turned on fine, I played abit and went to work.
I called the guy who installed the chip for me and he told me it may be because my soldering of the QSB wasnt too good but he decided to keep it since it was working at the time. He told me to come over that he will remove the qsb and solder the wires without qsb.
If everything is working now, are there chances the RRoD will come back? Should I go and have the soldering redone?

It could do, yes.

What type of console do you have? Slim or FAT?

The reason I ask is because if it's a FAT, then it could be a legitimate RROD that needs fixing. Could be worth getting the guy to resolder those points anyway just to eliminate that as a possibility.

so not likely to be the QSB.

The main cause of RGH 0022 RRoD on phat consoles is the CPU_PLL_BYPASS wire getting interference. It definitely isn't a genuine RRoD.

what error code is it my first glitched console was redding and it was a 0001 and it was deffinetly the cpu bypass

i dont know what errorcode it was.
today i had some more weird problems.
1. xbox will just turn on for no reason
2. while playing with xexmenu it suddenly shut down

could it be related? going to the guy tomorrow

if its just shutting down cant that be related to the point next to the hana chip? just my guess but im not thattt experienced soo ill let the pros deall with it
