Hard Disk Hell

Ok fella's this is driving me crazy and im sure its an easy fix.

I have a xbox version 1.4 with the 2.6 executor chip flashed with x2.4983.67
all works fine. the box is fitted with a 250gig western dig hard drive. I use the slayer 2.6 front end with the basic layout.

Now slayer shows a g drive with 50gigs of space but when i load games to it they dont appear on the play games from hard drive list. I have tried using the alvalaunch front end and same thing.

any ideas on the fix would be great. thanks

did you reinstall with the option of bigger harddrive on slayer dvd i think it looking for the games in F/ or E/ drive may just have to change dri from F/ E/ TO G/

Add this to your evox ini:

Line "- Games on the Hard Drive -",2
AutoAddItem "f:\GAMES\"
AutoAddItem "g:\GAMES\"
SortAll

k k y do u have such a big hard drive what u gona do with 250 gig space ule need about 60 to 80 games well u should not use the g drive re flash ure xbox

Just double check you evox.ini Make sure you are putting them in the right directory, or have it pointed in the right directory.

Usually in the slayer evox.ini it points to e:/games, e:/HDDLoader, f:/games, f:/HDDLoader.

So as long as you put the game in e or f whichever you have it setup as, then just make either a game folder or HDDLoader folder.
