Hard Drive unlocking problem

I recently had a customer order a modded box and a 250gig drive. Said he wanted to use 'live' so I locked the drive.

Guy never paid......

Had another guy came in and wanted box done with 120gig, so I grabbed this unit and switched the drive, reinstalled and on his way he went.....

THEN, tried to use the drive, realized I had not unlocked it, and the box I locked it with is gone on to Tenn, or Ala.

Is there a way to unlock this drive, without access to the box I locked it in??

I got similar problem. If the lock key is only X-box dependant, then get in-touch with who ever got the X-box and get them to send you the Lock Key (I'm fairly sure it's viewable in Evox and X3CL). You can then connect the HDD to your PC and unlock it in DOS. I'm going to try this out tonight, so I'll let you know how it goes. However, if the Lock Key is also HDD dependant, I thnk your stuck.
