RGH Harddrive support

Hi I just got my xbox rgh'd and had a dual nand put in it.
I was wondering if I can put my mods and home brew in a hardrive with my Xbox live stuff?
or do I need to get an external hardrive to hold my mods and home brew?
i just need to know so if for some reason I go online with a harddrive with everything in it... will I get banned?

Sharing a hard drive for both NAND's is "OK" however having two separate storage devices for each NAND would be the safest method. As of current I do not believe there are any reports of people being banned for having XeXMenu or similar homebrew apps on their hard drive.
