Hardware install error? Need help

Hey guys, I am brand new here, just got my 2.6CE in the mail today and installed. I got everything in place, but when I power on the Box, I get a flash from the Chip enable switch in front and a blue flash from the chip itself, but nothing happens. I am figuring it is a soldering error since this is the first time I have done it. But how can I find out where the error is without redoing the whole damn thing? Or is there maybe a different error.

How clean are your solder joints? There should be a constant blue light on the chip. If you have a multimeter, you can test the LPC points.

Alright, I cleaned up my solder joints, now the box will boot up, I get a constant blue light from the chip.

However, the box ties to boot twice, then shuts off, on the third time it does stay on, with the eject button flashing green/red, and I get nothing on screen. If I disable the chip, it starts as normal. ANy suggestions?

Alright, fixed it. Thanks for the sugestion man. I feel like an ass, but I suppose I am not the first noob to look like an ass.

Now onto flashing. Have this feeling I will be posting here in the near future.
