ANSWERED Has anyone heard of this? Verifing the functionality of GPU on RROD

i am cummunicating with a guy who explained to me how he verifies the GPU on RROD boards.
This is what he told me:

"Hello, I was probing top right capacitor to the gpu (C5D5) below 1.0 ohm and you have dead gpu. should be around 1.3-2"

Has anyone heard of this? is it accurate?
How do you verifiy the GPU on a RROD console?

sounds like B.S. to me, but i wanted to ask, because i dont know. I was hoping Martin C would chime in, this is right up his alley.
Im looking for his post on what the Ohms measurements for the Jtag points should be for J2D2 points 1, and 2

Jeez, I hope I didn't offend you. I didn't know, so I asked the most knowledgable people I know.
I assumed the flux compacitor, was a joke, so I thought I would go with it.
