I presume you are talking about online store delivered games before release date? or shops selling them before they should? (otherwise you'd be talking about piracy - and we dont allow that here:mad:!)
But to answer the question No! I havent:cool:

I have purchased this game online, they have sent me this game early to the realease date, must have been a mistake. I don't want to scratch it up as my xbox sometimes chews the games.

The only way I've seen a disk get scratched up is by rough handling the Xbox like moving it or knocking it over. Best way to handle disk is to exit the game to the dash and then eject the disk from there. And put your xbox in a safe location...

I remember a while back, older drives such as the samsungs and the hitachis had a problem where they would always put a scratched ring on the discs. That's why MS ran that program to replace your discs in the US for a while.

try using a lighter for about thirty seconds in a circular motion and thats should fix the scratches. Also playing pre releases will fix your xbox even quicker, just try to stay on live as long as possible before the actaul release and be sure to invite your friends for the BBQ and BAN FEST.
