i am having trouble connecting flashfxp to my xbox the network is perfect, but all i get is login incorrect. my ini file for evox is good too. Any ideas?

where are you seeing ip address have you got dash that give ip
try ws-ftp pro it what i use find it a lot faster

I did this successfully now how do I retrive my files to back up on my pc? then i need to install the 250g hdd. I think I am almost there

just ftp over c/ and E/ folder do the lot to be safe not D/ its your dvd drive to you pc in a folder call it xbox H/D burn it to cd-r for safe keeping
then if you got slayer evox installer place new hard drive in and place slayer in dvd tray reboot xbox do a new install upgrade harddrive and your done the slayer will do a rebuild of you xbox and put on ms dash as well as evox dash if you wont a another dash like XBMC you can try auto installer delux 2 dvd and do it with that and pick the dash and apps you wish to install
update your bios before you do this if you are runing old bios
x2 5035 is the laters bios for x2 chips

Nothing is showing on my drive in my xbox

Blinking lights 3 times

I reflased my bios in my xecuter 2.6ce and now all i getr is 3 power attempts then it powers up with no display and the eject button blinking read then green constantly is there a way to delete the bios so i can reflash?

as long as you followed the guide to the letter and did not flashover flashbios on bank1 or 2
