I have a 1.4version xbox... and a x3CE chip... when i tried to flash the xbox for the first time i forgot to switch the switches to on on off off off... and they were set at off off off off off... anyway it flashed and automaticly turned off... when i turned the xbox back on there was no video coming out... but there was sound... but if i disable the mod chip the vidio would work agian!... can someone tell me what im doing wrong please??

You flashed 1 MB bios to a 2MB bios bank...set the switches to on on off off off. Then hold Eject and Power to boot the backup FlashBios and flash from there.

The chip would actually WORK with the switches in that position, as I did the exact same thing before I got to grips with the whole 'banks' and 'switches' thing.
I suspect this is once again the pins 13 & 14 giving problems - try retouching them and see if it works. Failing that, make sure you didnt flash your 1.4 with the 1.6 BIOS - as this has the same affect.
