Have bad bios image how do i get rid of it?

Ok I loaded a bad bios image from my haed drive on 1mb and now it shuts off then tuns on 2 times then on the third it turns on and flashes green and red constintly.What should I do?

Leave the switches in their present position and press the power and eject key together so you can get into the backup bios. From there re-flash and you should be good to go

see my bios backup when I hit it it just goes to a blak screen.

you have to hold them down for a second or two

ok i had the same problem but when i did that it didnt work nothing came up ive tried it for ever it never works once in a blue moon i can get the flash bios screen (ive only gotten it twice) i tried reflashing it to on on off off but that didnt work i used EvoxM7.bin from the evolution x build 3935. i have a 1.6b clear xbox please help me ive had this problem for a month. P.S i can still play games on my box
