have both 3.0.1 and 3.0.3 but wont load

I can swap between 3.0.1 and 3.0.3 but it keeps bringing me to the flash screen. I've tried using both and still no xbox logo screen just the flash screen. Is there something special that i have to do after it flashes? I know i dont have to worry about the sodering thing cause I have a soderless adapter.

Its the wrong bios, they are the same thing and already on the chip no.
FlashBIOS is used for flashing only, not running backups..
You need to read properly, look at the Q&A Sticky and download the X3 bios off #xbins.
